Download your free printable planner cover! There’s four designs to choose from, and they’re ideal for weekly planners, binders and journals.
Don’t you love a good freebie? I do! While having a play with some gorgeous new digital paper I purchased, I started creating planner cover designs…and couldn’t stop. So I thought I’d offer them as a free download.
There’s four designs to choose from, and they all come in both A4 and Letter sizes. And each cover comes with a matching back cover.
Two of the designs have ‘Weekly Planner’ on the cover, while the other incorporate some nice quotes.
PS – These covers look great paired with the Busy Life Planner system.

(Yes, you’re giving me your email. But I promise not to irritate you with copious emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time.)
You’ll receive two files – for A4 and Letter sizes – so choose the one that’s right for you.
Letter size – 8.5 x 11 inches – Standard in the US, Canada
A4 size – 21 x 29.7cm – Standard in Australia, UK, Argentina
I recommend printing on thick card. If you’re not going to laminate, you’ll want the thickest card your printer will take – around 250 to 300GSM weight.
To make your cover look extra bright, print at ‘high’ quality, or increase the saturation just a touch in the printer program settings.
Your printer may give you the option of ‘print to border’, which means you won’t get a white border around the cover. This option may only work with thick card.
It’s ideal if you can laminate your cover to make it extra sturdy. If you don’t have a home laminator, many print shops also offer a laminating service for a few dollars.
So what do you think? Which one’s your favourite cover? Leave a comment, I’d love to hear!
